Minor Brown Note cooldown doesn't take effect until the fart

There's a delay between when you make the brown note noise and you fart. When it's laggy, the delay gets longer. This means you can mash the Brown Note button and make people fart a zillion times at once, causing a horrendous noise and spamming the chatlog with farts.

If I remember correctly: intentionally causing lag + spamming chat are both bannable offenses. never seen someone mess with brown note for more than a few minutes
