Trivial Can't turn off arrival announcements on the announcement computer.

The arrival announcements still continue after disabling them on the announcement computer at the bridge. The only way to disable them is to turn off the equipment power on the bridge APC.

i didnt think there even was a way to disable them, just change them.

There's another button on the console that allows you to disable the messages, but pressing it does nothing.
