Unless I'm misunderstanding what these do - implanting myself with them did not give me any access to open security doors, or any lockers.
I tested most of the doors to ensure it's not just like a select few.
Currently they seem to have no function at all...

They aren't access implants, they tell security whenever someone implanted is in crit with their location, like health implants.

If I remember reading other people's forum posts a while ago, that box wasn't originally there, but when someone pointed out how cog1 was missing loyalty implants a coder fucked up and put those there instead.
