Major Nanomachine borging in cryo tube

This happened about a week ago so I'm a little fuzzy on the details, but I took some ??? drugs and my health started to degrade. I set up the cryo tube and hopped in, and then exploded into gibs and became a cyborg since apparently nanomachines were in the pills. This glitched me into nonexistence: I could not move, I was not in the tube despite being able to "exit" it, and even then my character did not exist physically. I could talk but could not interact with anything except for my cyborg hud. Basically game ruining if admins aren't around to help, and even then it''s fair to say it's definitely not meant to happen.
