Implement some unimplemented genetics stuff

There are several genetics body types and one power (that may just exist as an icon) which probably wouldn't hurt to be reimplemented.
Body types:
Homo Nostalgius - The horrific mspaint spaceman of prehistory.
Cyclops - Looks like a human with one eye.
Blank - No discernable facial features. Kind of spooky.

Power:
Hallucination: Makes someone hallucinate. At least that's what the icon indicates?
