Minor Losing Arms

Losing arms doesn't remove their slot from your HUD until you try to change arms. I believe the fix to be trivial.

Also, when an arm falls off after being partially severed, you don't drop the item it was holding and it doesn't update your sprite.

most of the time when holding an object if your arm is somehow removed (last time it happened to me, when making handspiders) you don't drop that object. this has been around for ever
