Minor Accents and change voice

If your ling has an accent of some description and you attempt to use the change voice ability, your accent will be applied to the changed voice

As amusing as this seems, it basically means that if you're the only person with a particular accent in a round, it almost completely precludes you from voice changing shenanigans since it'll be completely obvious who you are

Changelings should be able to mimic any accent. It would be great if they could also change the "says" part to whatever they want too but that's asking a bit too much for a bug report thread.
