So I know atmos is super hard but heres the idea anyway
Use:
Attempts to aid in the redistribution of air when repressurizing rooms utilizing gas cannisters
Methodology:
User sets a target kPa, the PAD then attempts to lower the pressure of nearby over pressurized tiles in the room by forcing the air outwards at a rate higher than air naturally distributes itself.
The PAD should not be capable of forcing air into a tile that has a significantly higher pressure than the air's source tile.
basically it blows air around like a fan but with a cooler name
