Minor AI Shell flashlights don't work

See title. No light is produced beyond the standard clientside light when an ai shell selects and activates its flashlight tool.

i made the same report a million years ago, dunno what happened to it. its so annoying when ais dont have cyborg shells, or are just using the robust 'eyebots' as they are called, and you are doing stuff in a dark area. ai cyborgs flashlights work just fine
