The prefixes can cause some objectives to fail

So i was a assistant taksed with making ure I somehow get my butt removed and wear it on my head as the shuttle leaves I did this but when the shuttle arrived I got this

Objective #1: Have your butt removed somehow by the end of the round. Success

Objective #2: Ensure that Gnome Chompski escapes on the shuttle. Success

Objective #3: Make sure that you are wearing your own butt on your head when the escape shuttle
leaves. Failed

iI think this happen since now due to the prefixes that where added all butts appear with this name "blood-stained butt" instead of the persons name followed by butt. I assume that this would also effect some other objectives but im not sure.

This is unlikely to be related to prefixes as those objectives should track their item-based objectives using object paths. Why that and probably other objectives are broken remains a mystery.
