Can't remove limbs with a fork

So it's possible to use a fork for some surgeries involving organ removal, but it looks like it can't be used for limb removal.

Is this intentional or an oversight? Based on the public release it does look like organ removal and limb removal are separate parts of the codebase.

yeah its a real shame you can do everything BUT cut off limbs with it
