Medical Cyborg stamps only have one use.

The medical Cyborg's Post-incendiary dermal repair stamp and Tissue reapplication stamp appear to only have one use.

The one use they have is pretty good, they healed at least 40 damage but after that you can try applying them and they do not appear to work any more.

I was under the impression they were meant to be reusable but not very strong.

I'm pretty sure I fixed this. Whoever coded the cyborg stamps assumed that just assigning a separate var pointing to the same reagents list magically cloned them (??).
