[TWEAK] Upgrade Path for Slime Lauchers

Out of the box, slime launchers can annihilate anyone attempting to come at a blob if the person behind the blob has two bits of common sense to rub together to make them the front line of their spread. Why even think about combat when you're going to get drained of stamina the second you come into range?

Slime launchers ought to be a cheaper upgrade, but have an upgrade path that increases their range, damage, and stamina drain along the lines that the other blob upgrades have. Nothing too awful to completely keep the blob from protecting itself, but something more to the means of allowing the crew to actually stand up to the dang thing if it stacks a good three or four without a problem in front of it.

Honestly those things are absolutely brutal and pretty much a "nope, you can't get near the blob" thing.

The balance point to that is that for each bit of slime it fires it uses up some of the blob's energy. So by being smart about it you can use those very same launchers to slow the blob to a crawl.
