Destiny ghost drone weirdness

On the destiny, the ship doesn't have any spare drone rechargers in maintenance, so drones can't recharge. They also can't scan the existing ones to make more because it looks like they can't be scanned while occupied. 

Attempting to pull a drone out of said rechargers results in weirdness where the charger is stuck in the charging state and so is the drone, this appears to be fixed if the drone is possessed, but if a drone is crushered or destroyed while in this state it becomes broken forever.

These are general ghostdrone bugs. You don't scan ghostdrones to create more, the factory creates them. Just don't pull the drone out of rechargers.

I think amaranthineApocalypse means you can't scan the drone rechargers to make more rechargers, so that you can account for the fact none seem to exist in Destiny's maintenance tunnels.

Obviously, flying all the way back to the factory would be a pain in the ass.

You can't use the ones at the factory either because they're always occupied, there is just no way to recharge as a drone
