drowning people with a toilet

so, you have someone in a neck hold and you go to shove their head in a toilet and drown but all it does is give them a swirlie.

 but that is boring, instead make it so that when you have someone in a choke hold and you shove their head in a toilet you start drowning them and they get water everywhere and all you hear is muffled screams.

Funny way to kill.. but right now there is a toilet kill and it involves the victim to do an atomic swirlie suicide on the toilet.

Though drowning someone in a sink or toilet would be an interresting way to murder...
Also YOU can choke someone out by swirliying them for minutes. I am NOT joking.
