Throwing things into other things causes it to hit both things on the tile.

Or it just so happens to hit the same thing twice.

Doublehits are still possible on windows/grilles but it won't exceed two strikes anymore. If this is actually a serious problem I'll rewrite throwing but for now I don't care.
