Make Teleporter MechComp Less Distracting

As is, whenever the teleporter ID is changed through a trigger, the teleporter says what it changed to in the chat window. 

This isn't needed as it clutters up the chat window. It's a problem when theyre used for something like voice activated teleporters, where you command it where you want to go. And the average person doesn't care whether the id was changed or not.

You wouldn't be losing any obtainable information, because the teleportation id can be shown by hooking up a sound synthesizer to the output, and the current id can be shown by examining it.

So in the end I think it would be better if the teleporter ID wasn't broadcasted to the chat window.
