Widen research combustion chamber exhaust

I've noticed that even on the lowest inlet setting, gas is added to the combustion chambers faster than it can really escape. This restricts fires to pretty pathetic temperatures by causing a backlog of cool, unburnt gas in the chamber. Please widen the exhaust back to the old width of 3 tiles so something useful can be accomplished.

why has that patch not been implemented yet, it solves so many problems i have with toxins.
