here are some objectives that could be used for the clown
Hit at least X number of people in the face with a cream pie.
Escape on the shuttle while wearing your clown mask, clothes and shoes.
Slip at least X number of people on your PDA or with your banana peel.
Honk your bike horn X amount of times.
Ensure that there are at least X amount of bananas on the station by the end of the round.
End the round in the custody of security.
Hit at least X number of people in the face with a cream pie.
