[Needs testing] Syndieborg fixes

1. Makes emagging a robot frame produce an emagged cyborg when it's built rather than a syndieborg.
2. Hopefully prevents syndieborgs from showing up on the killswitch computer.

This is currently untested. I will be figuring out how to test it later - for now, this is so people can laugh at my code and suggest changes.

Reminder to self as a side test: Check if nukeop microbombs can be removed properly. If so, ask a mapper to swap the borg frame on the syndie shuttle for a syndie one.
