Humans/AI shell cannot change borg cells in the docking station

This bug has been around for a bit now. You can do it manually sure, but it's pretty inconvenient for a relatively simple function.

Actually, adding on to this, humans can't interact with inserted power cells at all, can't eject them or insert them.

Why is borgs being unable to change their own cells a thing anyways? I never understood that, seems like it'd save everyone involved a good deal of annoyance and time.

I can see why borgs might be unable to change their own cells, but there's no reason borgs can't change each other's cells if the AI shell can (although not at the moment due to this bug).

Really though, if roundstart/transformed borgs started with a 15k power cell instead of a 7.5k one, it would solve a ton of cell-related issues.

This is absolutely a bug, the way to change a cell used to be to put it into the chamber and use the chamber to swap out cells. It was much easier and faster that way, too.
