[FEATURE] Several sleepy pen tweaks.

This patch contains several sleepy pen tweaks.

• You can now alter the amount of reagents injected by the pen by clicking it whilst you are holding it in your hand.
  
• You can now destroy the pen, and turn it back into a real normal black pen!! Woa! Stealthy!!

No, you literally break the pointy tip off turning it back into a normal black pen, allowing players to turn it on/off would feel a bit too OP for the low price you can get it for IMO

Making the sleepy pen able to have more than two injections is going to make it hideously much more lethal than it already is.
