Spent a round shooting people with machine implants only for none of them to actually get it, no idea if it is just machine implants or health as well.

From my observations the implant gun has been working perfectly fine, at least when someone shot me with a health implant.

...A prerequisite to using a machine translator implant if the AI or borgs aren't very chatty on synthetic chat is noticing you have one in you and can hear that channel so..
