When creating a custom bar using the smelter, or using midas touch on a object, it no longer obtains the prefix you would normally get, but instead it becomes "bar" or simply "skull" when midas touching your skull.

If you make 10 sheets of something it will tell you what the mixture of materials is. Otherwise it's just block, bar, etc.

Around when did this first start occurring?
The timing of this report makes me think my materials patch may have had something to do with it, but I don't recall changing anything that would cause this.
