Rotting cigs don't work + Holding cigs gives reagent

Rotting does not cause rotting when smoked. How rotten.

Laced cigs can be held and you will still recieve reagents from them.

Rotting is a disease reagent for the disease called tissue necrosis. The disease is what actually causes all the effects, the reagent is just what infects you. Rotting has the default minimum_to_infect variable of 4.5 units. You need to have at least 4.5 units of rotting in your body at one time in order to contract tissue necrosis.

Cigarettes release their reagents in very small amounts over a long period of time and reagents inside a mob gradually decay or are metabolized. Thus, it's unlikely that a single rotting laced cigarette would allow you to reach the infection threshold.

This is an intentional feature and has been around for a long time. Consider it secondhand smoke. Or I guess first-and-a-half-hand smoke.

Well then, problem solved.

You can actually smoke 5 cigarettes at a time I think by keeping one in the mouth, two in the hands, and another two in your pockets. That's a lot!
