Syringe sprite incorrectly shows when thrown

Title, basically.

If you pick up a syringe and throw it, it will lay on the ground with either DRAW or INJECT still above it.

To reproduce:
Throw a syringe onto the ground.

Expected behavior:
The on-ground sprite should just be the syringe, without the words above it.

I never realized that this was a bug, though I did semi-notice how inconsistent it was in occuring.

IIRC they used to appear like that a long time ago, it was changed so they wouldn't anymore, and now it's back! Yay for mystery bugs.

The main reason I assume this is a bug is that this does NOT happen when you drop the syringe, only when you throw it.
