Disposal units empty/full display

Like the thread title says. Give the disposal units some way to indicate they are empty or full.

They actually have one!

There's a little blue light that comes on when there's something in them.

I was thinking more of a change in the appearance of the disposal unit mouth. In real life you'd notice a body stuffed into a trash can.

Nah, hiding in disposal units from unobservant sec is a feature, as is cramming in bodies never to be discovered because nobody pays attention to that damn light.
