[Bugfix] Pods not being displaced by escape shuttle

Hello! Time to ruin fun. Replace shuttle_controller.dm:120-135 with the following code to boot pods to the east rather than south. Also consider upping the damage ex_act does to pods in vehicle.dm - a severity 1 explosion only does 65 pod damage, enough that an escape pod can survive it. Also: shuffling things to the east on Destiny ought to be fine, too.

Edit: Found a couple issues, and now respects map and will punt items in the correct direction. New code:

Further testing has shown this isn't catching everything, in some spots miniputts are slipping by... somehow. Will keep working on it, but it solves most of the problems.

I would make this dependent on what map is running. See the map_setting stuff. Boot things to south by default, north for map_setting == "DESTINY", east for map_setting == "COG2"

Okay think I've hunted this one down to extinction. The method of moving items used couldn't move things to occupied squares. Also now respects map, punts east on cog2, north on destiny, and south otherwise by default. Will edit link into first post as well.
