Glowy mutation issue wonkiness

I don't even know how to describe this, but here's how it happened:

- Spawned with latent Glowy mutation
- Activated it in self
- Radiated a monkey a few times until it had Glowy
- Activated it and stored it
- Radiated it again, used the option in-console to transfer the mutation to the monkey
- Lost Glowy on self as it somehow transferred to the monkey (???)
- Reactivating/reinjecting it did not make it reactivate in self

The exact order might be off but this is how I remember it happening.
