Organ Damage and Failure

Now that we have more and more organs and robotic and botanical replacements we should add organ damage and organ failure.

Organs could be damaged or fail due to enviromental conditions, direct damage, botched surgery, ingestion of various food/drugs, pathogens, and poisons (heck, beedril already does).

It would also give a new challenge to medical doctors, roboticists, and backstreet surgeons everywhere.
