Expanded AI End-of-Round Law Log

At round end there is a list of all of the AI's current laws. I would like to suggest that we add an 'expired laws' section as well that shows when each law was added and overwritten. This would give people context for why an AI did what it did during the round even if it was reformatted before the round ends. Current laws should also display when they were added/modified as well.

That could get a bit clunky on rounds when people have been playing ping-pong with the laws. I think it's find the way it is now. Anyone can go look up the list of law changes on Goonhub if they want, and a few seconds of explaining is usually enough to soothe the ruffled feathers of all but the most unreasonable.

Perhaps at the end of the round there could be a link to the round's Goonhub page? Though, maybe it's created after the round officially 'closes'.
