Change CTRL-W to *wave, not *wink

I see people want to wave way more often than wink, but you have to type that instead and it just seems weird.

Also, I personally tend to use WASD so waving with the hotkey is easier for me than winking with the hotkey.

Anyways, I'd have to say nah for the reason zewaka presented. This would just substitute one problem for another and I think people Wave far more often than Wink... well, outside of a few people who wink so much you'd think they have tourettes.
