In addition to selling guns, that robot in that one part of the map should be ready and willing to buy other items off traitors.

For instance, maybe add more organs so you could steal someone's kidneys and sell them to that robot to buy guns. Weed and other assorted items would also make good theftable investments.

In addition maybe gang leaders could get access to that area by nature of gang IDs or something. Gangs could include an organ trade.

Also, when you emag the QM console it should unlock black market traders. Maybe even... It should list black market assasination jobs. Like "We want Joe Personman's brain for 100000"

I like this. A lot, actually. Though the payout for some things would have to rival slots. Indeed. Ordering hits with proof (brain) would be a good way for higher payouts.
