Stop Drop and Roll While Wearing Cuffs

So, I don't know if this is a bug or not, but I recently had someone escort me to prison while cuffed, and on our way we ran right into a giant wall of fire, setting us both on fire. Fortunately for the cop, he could stop drop and roll. For me? I could stop, drop, and attempt to take my cuffs off.

All while the fire burns me to death, and the officer is too busy saving his own ass to save mine.

So you should definitely be able to stop-drop-and-roll while handcuffed.
