Telescience Coords won't change

This has happened to me twice now so it isn't a one off. Rarely if you change telesci coords, the telepad won't actually change where it teleports to and from. For example in the original case this happened, I couldn't set the coords to anywhere other than the Biodome, as doing so would have no affect on where it would actually take you. This also affected scanning too.

It appears to be tied to the mainframe/RD server, on it's latest appearance BenGhazi managed to fix it by doing something related to this (ask them what they did because I'm not too sure).
