Fabric based sheets cannot be used

I was a miner, I made 10 sheets from viscerite using the workbench, I saw the uses which were: " " (<---- none). Why can you make sheets from fabrics if you can't use them?

This is still possible to accomplish, and I don't even know why you can do that with fabrics. It makes no sense to be able to do this if you get 10 sheets that bring up an empty list of things to build.
