Flamethrowers

For some reason building a flamethrower leaves behind the air tanks turn on oxygen button on the top of the screen despite it doing nothing.

I've had this happen with alot more than just flamethrowers. Sometimes any tanks you pick up will just leave the icon up there whether you have the tank still or not, it also happens with flashlights and jetpacks.
