Glitch involving textlog not being shown with info tab open

yeah the title pretty much says it I was affected by this once and I found out that if you uninstall BYOND and SS13 it fixes itself you dont have to delete your save for this however nor the hub either way I fixed it this just a headsup

I've had this too, but it's just a tab you hit up at the top.

What is the "textlog"? The changelog? Or the text window that has the radio chat?

There is also a hot key you can use to open and close it I'm p sure.
