		Agreed. It's the only item in the surplus crate that can't be instantly used by anyone. I get surplus crates all the time and I can't think of an instance where I haven't just disposaled that thing. The barrier for even basic use by anyone is ridiculously high for anyone who isn't a well practiced scientist. Why isn't this thing just a scientist or RD-only traitor item?

		Fourthed.  I can't imagine most anyone bothering to use the thing if they're taking the "I don't really have much of a plan so fuck it" route of traitoring, which is sort of what the surplus crate is meant to support.
