LOSE-BREATH Icon missing?

I'm not sure if it's something that's being reworked right now, but the Red-Boxed O2 icon that should appear when you can't breathe doesn't always appear. The lack of this icon has made me realize how important it was, as there have been several times where I've failed to realize that I was suffocating until I've taken a severe amount of OX damage and am unable to escape from a massive area that's been vented by a tiny hole without entering the hell that is Crit.
