Remove Blobs from Extended Servers.
#1
Seriously, as of this typing, we have had 4 blobs destroy 2 rounds. the last one WITHIN A HALF HOUR FROM ROUNDSTART.

These blobstrosities are just too overpowered for a lowpop, solarium-dedicated server.

Here is a log of the round. about 8 people, all working on Solarium stuff.

Okay. As of this posting, we had 4 braindead in an 18 player server (#1) I think 2 people were off station.

66 minutes into the round, blob shows up. Even after finding it early and attacking it, we lost a majority of the staff. And this was just a blob that started at the fryer and extended to the alcohol dispenser.

Still fighting it now with the remaining players, does not look good because it keeps spamming those lipids.

What if blob had a size limit.

e.g The blob is too fat to move, it's collapsing under it's own weight.

There would probably need to be a way for blob to lose weight, but it would probably help with the unkillable blob problem.

Also a fat blob unable to support itself would be funny.

I guess if it gets too big, have it retract in one area in order to expand in another.

No fun on any server except these servers where everyone isn't on station.

make blobs only able to spawn when there's a certain amount of people on the server, so 5 people genetic testing rounds don't turn into massacres

this is already how it works iirc

Code:
ADMIN LOG: Automatically disabling random major event Blob Outbreak in extended.
Somebody liked this idea.
