Selling excess energy

We should be able to sell non-necessary energy to a space colony,back to Nanatransen.etc by having a terminal set up that shows the current output,power usage by the station and a field to enter in how many watts you'd like to sell.


That way there would be more of a reason to run the engine hard other than to shock the piss out of everyone on the station.

Perhaps E-maging the terminal would cause the voltage that would be sold to be diverted back into the station so that a traitor could still zap the crew like normal.

How about a machine that can create valuable stuff but requires a lot of energy?

Maybe portable smes's? you fill up the batteries then give them to cargo to sell.

Portable SMESs could be limited to power only the room they are deployed in.

could finally give the engineers some crew objectives. ( sorry for the triple post kinda didnt expect these extra ideas to come along the way.)
