Change the post-round Nuke Ops details

The current post-round recap is still set up to record the status of the Operatives when the round ends, but since it's been changed to kill everyone everywhere with an actual explosion it shows that every nuke op was killed.

Change it so it at least spits out who was alive at the time of explosion, because the nuke ops could have managed to blow up the station with only one dude left, or they could have flawlessly gotten the disk and won without any casualties, and it would still display that they've been killed.
