Make Captain and detective's safe combinations random

I personally think it would be more fun for people doing amature safe cracking if captain and detective's safes were actually preset.

Leave a note with the combination in their respective lockers where they can find them. Also I don't know if captains safe has anything in it, but it would be cool if it had goodies to steal, like his/her gold ID, or that old antique laser gun that used to be on donut.

Seeing as the lockers of those two positions are both easy access to lethal weaponry, I'm all for making them harder to crack into.
