Shooting someone mounted on a segway with an energy bolt will make them dismount already, but pretty sure they're unaffected otherwise.

As for the segway continuing on without them, absolutely an amazing idea

You can kind of use grenades on a segway, but yeah. Shiy is finicky.

Attach Gun:

Take gun, click on segway, use wrench to hold the gun in place. Click to fire.

Use wrench again to remove the gun.

Excellent idea, just give it a little toggle by the siren to fire the taser and you're golden.
