jenkem screen shake lasts forever

To reproduce:

1) huff jenkem
2) let jenkem run its course
3) vomit 20 minutes later from motion sickness

I had this problem and I'm pretty sure I didn't even vomit. Made my changeling round absolutely infuriating, and I adminhelp'd it because I had no idea what the fuck was going on.

Please look into and fix this.

For a temporary fix you should be able to just exit the game window and rejoin, that always used to reset effects applied to your vision.

Damn, it must have changed when the new lighting system was added, because I knew it worked at one point.

This is a very irritating bug that does need some fixing.

Checked this out, the jenkem effect can build up to very high levels and depletes very slowly. You can make it go away five times faster by resting but it still lasts a long time if you had a huge dose. It will eventually go away even while standing after anywhere from 3 seconds to 50 minutes (yep).

I'll take a look at changing the way jenkem works a little bit.
