Admin music still can't be muted, please fix this

I set my admin volume to 0 both in the commands panel and in character setup. It would not go away.

Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't there an admin option to override music volume?

The worse issue is that half the time I CAN'T hear the music. My options allow it but a lot of times I'll see that a song is being played but won't hear anything.
