Cyborg Health Indicator Bug

I was off telesciencing with some fellow crew members as the captain-turned-cyborg, and I noticed something peculiar. Upon going down the pit located in the deepest depths of the biodome, my health indicator turned to static. Then, when I examined myself, the readout stated that I looked severely dented and seemed to be twitching and sparking. But this was all with absolutely zero damage to speak of. What's the deal, here? Is this even a bug?
