I present to you, the "BIOPER"
This tool acts as a tool for genetics that basically brings closer together the process of cloning the dead and genetic analysis.
What it does is essentially does a deep marrow extraction and filters it for stem cells. This requires the patient to be on a table/surgery and unconscious (which few would do) or notably dead. I say notably because the dead won't care if you take a deep extraction if it means it is closer to genetics. And this means geneticsts have reason to care about the dead, and will more notably probably clone them seen as he's not on genetek.
The bioper once full can simply be scanned with the genetics pda for more genetic data than you would get by simply scanning a person alone.
Perhaps there could be other uses for the stem cells inside, chemistry and pathology comes to mind.
