Cargo Pad and Cargo Teleporters in Mining

As per title. The Mineral Accumulator isn't really helpful as the best you can do is teleport stuff to the Outpost, and without Cargo Teleporters you can't easily send artifacts and crates to the relevant departments. There isn't even an accessible Belt Hell terminal in the area.

I've taken to running to the mechanics outpost every round to clone a pad. With auto mode on the magnet and a mining pod you can really tear through stuff.
